**The role**:
The role is that of Front of House Receptionist and will provide a first-class service to clients, external visitors and colleagues as well as supporting the Office Manager with a range of tasks that involve daily running of the office. There will also be a requirement to assist with the Facilities teams office administration duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meeting and greeting of clients and all other guests
- Maintaining the reception area and client suite as well as main office areas
- Arranging refreshments for both client and other external meetings, as well as internal meetings when required
- Coordinating a busy meeting room diary
- Arranging couriers
- Answering calls via the switchboard and delivering messages (this is not high volume, roughly around 30 to 40 calls per day)
- Supporting the Office Manager and Facilities team
- Ordering of stationery
- Organisation of company wide travel and accommodation
- Co-ordination of external facilities contractors
- Sorting and opening all incoming mail for distribution internally, scanning it onto the database as well as processing outgoing mail promptly and efficiently, franking all items accurately
- Actioning printing requests
- Organisation and hosting of all in-house events or corporate entertainment events
- Key holder responsibilities (office alarm system, opening and closing office etc.)
- Any other ad-hoc duties and when required
- Ad-hoc travel to other offices when required

**Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required**:

- Previous experience in similar role ideal but open to considering someone with the right attitude and ability to pick the role up
- Strong IT skills in core Microsoft Office systems (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong personal skills as well as excellent organisational skills

**Hours**: Mon to Fri 35 hours per week working shifts between 8am and 6pm. Eg 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm etc

**Salary**: £25,000 plus benefits.

**Location**: London. St Paul's area.
