**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Processing of supplier invoices
- Payment of invoices
- Deal with payment made via bank transfer, i.e. not via the website
- Uploading sales and purchase information into Xero
- Processing refunds
- Bank reconciliation
- Source and qualify vendors and non-product suppliers, negotiating contracts to secure the best pricing and terms.
- VAT reconciliation (including for international transactions where relevant)
- Month end preparation
- General administration and data entry tasks and projects

**Person**:

- A level or equivalent qualification
- Book-keeping qualification and minimum of two years experience in a finance-administration type role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- A strong working working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of securing favourable purchasing terms
- Basic understanding of inventory management or related, planning and forecasting, software and willingness to learn more about this area
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong telephone manner and customer care skills - a strong desire to help customers

**What We Offer**

Parts4Engines is an established (e-commerce) business that supplies engine parts (mainly marine) to customers all over the world. The company is entering a new phase of growth and is recruiting new team members with the drive and enthusiasm to create that journey and share in the benefits that it brings.

**Package includes**:

- Working hours between Monday-Friday (37.5 hours per week based on 5 days)
- Profit share scheme paid in April and October if company targets have been reached
- 3% Employer pension contribution
- 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
