An opportunity has arisen for a **Contract Coordinator** to join the new Contract Co-Ordination team based at our Linwood site. This is a full-time, 1 year fixed term rol**e**.

The successful applicant will be meticulous with great attention to detail and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines. The Contract Coordinators will ensure accurate input of new and existing customer data.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities will include**:

- On-boarding all new customer data on to operating system
- Off-boarding of all terminated services.
- Ensuring all pricing and service amendments/additions for existing customers are processed accurately
- Communicate effectively with relevant teams
- Net Rev management for all depots
- Contaminated load charges
- Rolling PO management
- high levels of competence in customer service and administration
- effective Communication skills
- high levels of attention to detail

- self-motivation

Due to the location of the site, a driving licence with access to a car is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £26,500.00 per year
