We have an exciting new opportunity for a driven recent Graduate to join our team as a **Graduate Radiology Assistant Administrator.**

**About Us**:
The New Foscote Hospital was established in Banbury over 40 years ago and has provided services and treatments to thousands of people from across the region. We have over 70 consultants, all of whom are leaders in their specialist fields and choose to hold their private practices here, working alongside our friendly, highly qualified, and experienced nursing and support teams.

The clinical outcomes of the hospital are of the highest standards and the latest CQC report rated our hospital standards as good across all parameters. Our organisation has strong IT, operational, clinical governance and accountancy support. All colleagues are encouraged to feel empowered and to have an active voice on the management of their services.

**Role Purpose**:
To provide office-based communicative and administrative support to the Radiology Department, its patients and consultants whilst supporting the booking and administration of radiology appointments.

**Main Duties and Key Accountabilities**:

- To play a pivotal role within the Radiology Department and to work in close liaison with patients and their families, external professionals, multi-disciplinary colleagues and internal colleagues.
- To ensure that the Radiology appointments slots are organised in a timely and efficient manner and communicated effectively to the patients.
- To receive and process GP, NHS and consultant referrals with care and attention to detail.
- To organise and maintain the medical notes for new and existing patients.
- Support the Radiology Department with departmental administration.
- Take payments in person and over the telephone for the Radiology appointments services.
