**Social Care - Relationship Executive**

**The Role.**:

- Play a pivotal role in the growth of the branch
- Dealing with high volume of calls and enquiries from Healthcare staff
- Booking and Co-Ordinating shifts, dealing with queries.
- Strengthen our new and existing relationships with both healthcare staff and clients.
- Fully understand your clients business and ensure ongoing needs met.
- Using bespoke software to coordinate recruitment and training.
- Ensuring healthcare staff feel engaged and valued, manage their training and expand their skills.
**Skills you need.**:

- Youll be skilled at managing relationships with high volumes of contact and deliver high service standards.
- Experience with a client focused target driven role.
- Excellent communication skills and able to provide a consultative approach to clients.
- Passionate about building rapport and promoting our brand/service.
- Able to think quickly, juggle priorities and enjoy being busy.
