Our client is a multi-million-pound industrial investment group based in the UK which targets investments across the UK, USA and Europe. They work with executives to build companies that are leaders in their sectors.

**About the Role**:
Working mainly from offices in Glenfield (Leicester) and occasionally Rugby (Warwickshire), you will be working directly for the CEO of the company, acting as the first point of contact, and providing first class administration support.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential, together with a positive approach to team working.

**Working Hours**:9am - 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch.

**Duties**:

- Managing diaries, organising meetings, appointments and corporate events and hospitality.
- Liaising between CEO and senior management.
- Coordinating and managing travel plans.
- Document management including legal and corporate documents.
- Minute taking.

**Qualifications and skills**:
This role requires proven strong experience as a PA / Admin Assistant and experience working in a corporate environment.

**Personal Skills and Attributes**:

- Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and develop effective professional relationships with management teams.
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong numeracy, literacy and computer skills.
- Competent / advanced Microsoft Office capabilities (word, excel, PowerPoint, Adobe).
- Discretion and honesty are essential.
- GCSE/O Levels in English (A-C) minimum.
- Although not essential, a legal background and knowledge of shorthand would be advantageous.
