We are currently recruiting for an Hotel Receptionist required to join our busy Front Office Team.

Previous experience of working on a Hotel Reception is ESSENTIAL.

Previous Experience of Guestline Reslynx PMS is DESIRABLE

Working a variety of shifts, including regular evening & weekend shifts, applicants must be flexible with the hours and days they are available for work.

Duties include:
Welcoming guests in a warm & friendly manner

Checking guests in to and out of the hotel

Taking electronic payments and cash handling

Making accommodation reservations

Answering the telephone and directing calls

Taking restaurant reservations

Taking booking deposits

Daily cash reconciliation

End of shift banking

You will be working Between 40-45 hours per week with 20 days holiday per year plus 8 bank Holidays.

Pay: £23,795.20 per year
