**Sales Director**

**North West Based - National Coverage**

**Up to £90,000 Basic + Quarterly bonus**

Our partner is a mjor name in the Construction/Hire sector and they are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Director to head up their new division.

The position will come with an element of creativity, we are are ideally looking for someone that can break our partner into new sectors and divisions. With this in mind, we are not nesseccarily looking for people from the Construction or Hire sectors.

Strong leadership is key along with an exsisiting customer base within the sector you can introduce the business too.

The role will be based out of the North West but have National coverage.

**What to expect**:

- Lead with Sales Startergy
- Division Expansion - Introduction of new customers to the business, guide team within the sector, recruitment of additional colleagues
- National Travel
- Sales Leadership
- Work towards personal sales and targets, lead from the front.
- Key customers enagement
- Develop relationships internally and externally
- Team Management

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Strong background in Sales Leadership
- Sales Director, Business Development Director, Account Director etc background
- Account Management/Business Development
- Strong Internal and External Stakeholder Management
- Team Managmenent - Training, Recruitment, Development and Mentoring
- Strong knowledge of a new sector or customer base that can be utilisied
- Knoweldge of the Cosntruction sector is desireable but not essential
