**What You’ll Do**:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

- Support the execution of the global brand talent Strategy, working closely with internal and external contacts to ensure maximise proactive and relevant exposure for Primark
- Coordinate the global talent programme to include briefs and toolkits working closely with Fashion Communications Officers and Product Business Partners
- Responsible for updating Talent database with all relevant details
- Attend key networking opportunities such as 1 on 1 talent meetings and conferences
- Attend and Contribute to Wearisma meetings, collating data for internal review and constant monitoring. Use this data to constantly adjust and improve influencer/ talent activity for the brand
- Monitor media and talent socials for brand opportunities and mentions
- Tracking of talent fees and ROI achieved, support Talent Manager in reporting back to the business on key wins
- With cultural insight, drive interest and passion for the brand through bespoke innovative communications initiatives that drive consumer engagement for both product and the brand
- Share a forward view of talent partnerships with the Global PR function, creative and digital teams, and communities, ensuring brand campaigns are executed and maximized in a 360-degree manner
- Support the senior PR management team on international projects

- Awareness of talent and influencer landscape; able to negotiate on costs to maximise budget and results
- Have strong interpersonal skills - organised, observant, diplomatic and trustworthy and have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all levels both within the organisation and in the external environment
- Innovative approach to talent and influencer briefs to ensure that the content we brief evolves in line with cultural shifts
- A discreet approach to talent relationships, ensuring that a professional attitude is always maintained
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Photoshop are essential
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to use own initiative
- Be proactive and assertive reacting to key business requirements in a timely manner
- A fashion forward, commercially aware, and social savvy individual with flexible approach to work and be capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced

- Creative and independent thinker, with an aptitude for coming up with fresh and innovative ideas, and developing and evolving ideas already in place
