- Salary: Base salary of £26,844 - £33,012
- Bonuses: In addition to your base salary you'll do up to 4 sleep ins per months, these are paid at £80 per sleep (approx. £3,840 per year) £1,400 Attendance Allowance - assuming good attendance £2,000 Regional Allowance £1,000 Welcome Bonus - on successful completion of probation £1,000 Loyalty Bonus (after 12 months of employment)
- Holiday: Our client recognises hard work, so you'll be rewarded with 7 weeks' holiday
- Progression: If career development is your thing, most of their team leaders and managers have been promoted from within the group - plus you could join their 'Aspire' future managers programme

The role

As a Support Worker/Senior Support Worker you will play a vital role in the establishment, maintenance and development of the environment and climate of the Home, thus providing young people with a calm and relaxed group living experience conducive to emotional security and personal happiness and growth.
