**Do you have a passion for helping children and a desire to make a positive impact?**

We are searching for a dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Worker to join our team for a brand new service opening in the Nottingham area. In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in supporting children facing various challenges within a safe and nurturing environment.

Interviews taking place Tuesday 2nd of April.

**About the Role**:

- **Provide individual and group support** to children, catering to their emotional, social, and educational needs based on their individual plans.
- **Collaborate with other professionals** such as teachers, social workers, and therapists to ensure a holistic approach to each child's well-being.
- **Create a stimulating and positive environment** that fosters learning, growth, and confidence.
- **Develop strong communication skills** to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- **Contribute to record-keeping and reporting** on children's progress and well-being.

**About You**:

- You are passionate about child development and committed to making a positive impact on children's lives.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues.
- You are patient, and understanding, and have a genuine love for working with children.
- You are adaptable, resourceful, and can work effectively within a team environment.
- A relevant qualification in child care or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
