Target Structural is looking for outstanding individuals across the UK who are seeking a challenging and rewarding career as a Masonry Repair Specialist Management Trainee with a view to them becoming business owners in a matter of months.

**What is a Masonry Repair Specialist Management Trainee**:
The Target masonry repair system is a well-established and widely accepted method of stabilising buildings and structures using proven techniques and materials. As a Masonry Repair Specialist, you will undergo extensive business training and also learn thewhole

system of specialist repairs, so that you can be responsible for repairing and maintaining the nation's homes, heritage structures and innovative infrastructure.

You will be interacting with customers on a day-to-day basis and installing Target's unique and specialist masonry repair solutions.

**What do I need?**

Ideally you will already have:

- A high level of knowledge of construction, structures and building techniques.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Good computer skills.
- CSCS Card
- Practical skills and ability.
- Organisational skills.
- Leadership qualities.
- Full, clean driving licence with driving experience of various vehicles.
- The desire and drive to run your own team or business.
