**CMM Quality Inspector**

**JK Engineering - Summary**

This opportunity has arisen due to our continuous growth and development of JK Engineering.

**The Role & Responsibilities**

**CMM Programming**

Generate CMM Programmes (Offline and Online, with/without CAD) and reports for new and existing Part numbers

PC-DMIS: 2018 touch probe, contact scanning and laser scanning,

**First Off, In-process Inspection**

Verify CMM reports by manual means where applicable

Manual/Visual inspection in occurrence CMM is unsuitable

Liaise with Management/ Machine shop operative regarding product status

Aid in problem/solution identification

Operate CMM and interpret results

Liaise with Customers where applicable

Create FAI reports

Retaining reports where applicable

Maintain traceability throughout

Set Priority’s with Management

**Final inspection**

Producing Certificate of Conformity

Visual / Manual Inspection

Documentation Control

Ensure traceability requirements have been adhered to

**Advantageous Experience**
- Programming of CMM’s (required)
- Experience in AS9100 or similar (Useful)
- Reading and understanding technical drawings (required)
- Good knowledge of GD&T (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £35,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kings Langley, WD4 8JJ: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CMM: 3 years (preferred)
