**Description**

The role will involve, but not be limited to:

- To ensure timely raising of invoices and credits
- Chasing customers for payments
- To ensure relevant authorisation process has been followed to be Audit compliant
- To record all summary details of all contacts with both internal and external customers
- To prepare reports for review by management when required
- To ensure documentation and filing kept up to date and accurate
- Identify and report potential issues
- Make recommendations to management on improvements to systems and procedures

**Profile**
- Have experience with; credit control, admin, customer service or finance
- Be keen to work within finance
- Be a clear communicator
- Have good system skills, and in particularly Excel
- Be able to work in the office 2-3 times per week
