This family-owned scale-up business would like to bring in a full time customer service executive to process the transactions and to support the finance function with administration duties,

**What will I be doing?**

Managing inbound / outbound calls

Building and maintaining strong relationships within the network of customers across the UK through effective communication skills both written and verbal, for the planning, scheduling and executing of all customer transactions.

Ensuring that systems and processes are kept up to date and executed with optimum efficiency and accuracy; this includes maintenance for the CRM and sales tracker documents and other databases / spreadsheets.

Uploading contractor transfer notes to the Company SharePoint so that we comply to our customers’ reporting requirements.

Ensure records of payment terms and credit terms are properly recorded
