This well - established consultancy specialise in the Building and construction industry to a wide range of clients, across several sectors including - Commercial, Industrial, Education, Retail & Hospitality to name a few. This reputable and registered (RICS)consultancy provide a high quality service to their clients to fix any internal/external damage, subsidence issues, building defects, damages or structural alterations. Now due to increasing workload they are looking to expand the team and take on a new passionateand motivated Project Manager.
In this role you will be based from the Wakefield office working between project sites and the office. In this role your main responsibilities will be advising clients and working alongside them helping to complete multiple projects at one time. Therefore,excellant client facing skills is needed. The projects will vary in size/complexity and depending on this will depend on how many projects you will cover at any given time. The current project values range from 100k-10/15million across a variety of sectors(mentioned above) - refurbishments/fit outs and newbuilds. The majority of projects you would work on would be between the 3million and 6million mark so experience with these types/values of projects is essential.
