Overview:
**Duties**:

- Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked
- Take and serve food and drink orders
- Prepare drinks, including cocktails, as required
- Ensure accurate billing and process payments
- Clear tables efficiently and reset for the next customers
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Uphold food safety standards at all times

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous
- Proficiency in basic maths for order taking and billing purposes
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong hospitality skills with a customer-focused approach
- Willingness to assist colleagues when needed
