**About this role and the impact you will have**:
We're looking for an exceptional Servicer Delivery Administrator to join our team at Cazoo, helping to transform the way people buy used cars and making buying a car no different to buying any other product online today.

**What you will be doing**:
Planning Horizons
- Plan and organise your own workload whilst reacting to changing needs.
- Ensure delivery against objectives, typically resolving live issues and looking days in advance.

Key Relationships and People Management
- Ensuring the provision of excellent support service to the front-line teams.
- May interface with other parts of the business to understand requirements, communicating effectively to ensure a high service standard is maintained.
- Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to assist in achieving objectives for own area

Delivery & Support
- Making decisions within agreed parameters to ensure efficient and effective working, and supporting Cazoo to deliver its customer offer and maintain the obsession with our customers.
- Analyse and summarise data, drawing out the key messages for managers and colleagues to aid decision making
- May support projects and initiatives to aid in the achievement of agreed goals.
- Drive efficiencies in the execution of the plan alongside reducing the risk of failure through communicating with multiple stakeholders and analysing current performance.

Financial/Commercial and Risk
- Ensure delivery of own and team's work in line with agreed KPIs, contributing to the area's achievement of commercial objectives
- Ensure the safety of field-based colleagues by responding to challenges and finding solutions to safeguard the team.

Development & Business Improvement
- Identify opportunities for development and take responsibility for improving your own knowledge of the service and proposition along with changing business needs.
- Take responsibility for self-development (keep abreast of developments in the relevant areas of expertise) to improve individual performance for the benefit of the function or business unit.

- Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Ability to understand and deliver against business requirements
- Ability to manage and plan own workload to deadlines, including handling conflicting and changing priorities
- Ability to follow directions and procedures with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Proficient IT skills
