**Customer Services PA - Based in Shanklin, IOW**

**Summary**:

- 4 days per week
- Variable shifts between 18-25 hours
- £10.75 p/h start
- £14.00 p/h potential through in-house training/certification
- Office based, Shanklin, Isle of Wight
- Permanent contract
- Private medical insurance

**Daily duties include**:

- Answering calls, taking accurate contact information and messages
- Booking appointments and updating online diaries or software
- Managing and updating client portfolios

**Skills required**:

- Fast typing speed
- Strong computer literacy
- Good spelling and grammar
- Problem-solving skills

**Additional role details**:

- Potential for additional payment via generous commission scheme.
- Please note e-PA will not consider home workers.
