Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented waiter/waitress to join our restaurant team. We are proud to be the current holder of the Isle of Wight Award for Best Hotel Experience. **Duties**:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Willingness to help out in various areas of the restaurant as needed

The role is weekly paid and hours/shifts will vary depending on business needs. We are open all year round so this is an all year round position, full time in the spring and summer, dropping to part time in the quieter winter period. Various shifts available including mornings, afternoon and evenings.

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 45 per week
