**About the Position**

The Client Services Administrators will work at the ALS Chatteris Site. The role Is to provide an industry leading level of service and support to ALS client base. Full training will be given.
- Basis: Full Time
- Shift: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday - Working hours between 8am and 6pm.
- Closing Date: 21st November 2023

The position will be responsible for:

- Providing support for the Client Service Team
- Generate and implement Service Level Agreements with all clients.
- Answer telephone calls, screen and direct calls to correct person
- Monitor the progress of the client results and liaise with clients of test results accordingly
- Booking meetings and ordering/preparing refreshments
- Preparation and cleaning up of meeting rooms
- Receive and sort mail
- Greet visitors and ensure signing in procedure is adhered to.
- Direct visitors to correct destination
- Providing assistance if/when required for Marketing
- Assisting in Price Checking for all UK sites
- Ad-hoc administration duties

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Excellent communication skills with team and internal/external clients across a number of sites.
- A pro-active approach to work, self-motivated and resourceful.
- Good use of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practice
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
