**Role: Site Engineer**

**Employer: Commercial Construction**
**Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 DOE**

**Platinum Recruitment** is working in partnership with a Commercial Construction Company, based in **Hornchurch**. We have a fantastic opportunity for a **Site Engineer** to join their team.

- Minimum 4-5 years site engineer experience
- Setting out or assisting in the setting out of the drainage, utilities, temporary works, and structure
- Complete the site Quality Assurance check sheet to ensure the project is built in accordance with the Specification, Regulations and Drawings
- Ensuring that the quality of all works carried out on site is acceptable and in accordance with the specification, for the immediate reporting of substandard works to the line manager
- Knowledge of a Document Control system - Procore experience would be a bonus
- Ensuring that all resources required for the timely and proper carrying out of the works are available to him in good time
- Ensuring that subcontractors are briefed on all aspects of the works
- Ensuring take off and that the correct materials are ordered in a timely manner
- Ensuring that site works are recorded correctly, this will include, but is not limited to personnel files, delays, works being carried out etc
- Ensuring that the company's health & safety management system is always adhered to
- Such other duties as may be assigned to you by the Company from time to time
- CSCS card, SMSTS certificate & First Aid at Work
- Be prepared to travel and stay away from home if required
