**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- **Sales Support**: Provide information about products and services, assist with product selection, and offer recommendations based on customer needs.
- **Sales Transactions**: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting inventory counts.
- **Promotions and Sales**: Inform customers about current promotions, sales, and special offers.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a retail or sales role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
