**Salary: £25,000 - £ 31,000 per annum, depending on experience**

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced and detailed orientated Sales Ledger Controller to join our small and highly effective Finance Team. The Sales ledger Controller is a key role within the Finance Team and works closely with the Financial Controller and the rest of the Finance Team.
**What’s the job?**
As Sales Ledger Controller you will be responsible for owning and overseeing the whole sales order to cash processes which includes maintaining the sales ledger, managing customer debt levels, monitoring and managing cash flow and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales ledger specialist to join us and explore our new financial system capabilities, synergies, drive and implement improvements to our current processes and improve reporting.
**Key accountabilities**:
Monitor and action Finance/Accounts Receivable mailboxes.
Accurate and timely processing of invoices and allocation of receipts.
Reconciling monthly balance sheets and bank statements
Monitor and report on sales cash flows
Post income daily, clear dashboard of outstanding invoices/refunds/credit notes.
Maintenance of ICAS sales ledger records.
Manage aged debt including all reporting and escalation processes and hold monthly debtor meetings with invoicing managers, as required.
Support the Financial Accountant with ICAS Foundation transactions, including Donations.
Collaborating with the Finance Team to streamline systems and processes.
Contributing ideas to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the Finance Team.
