**Background / Purpose of Role**: Complete Skills Solutions is seeking a dedicated Key Worker to work across of Bradford, Leeds, and Wakefield. This project aims to identify, engage, and support economically inactive residents, particularly those facing complex needs and age-related challenges, to overcome barriers and achieve positive outcomes.

**Position Description**: As a Key Worker, you will manage a caseload of participants, serving as their mentor and coach. Your role involves assessing their needs and developing tailored support packages to facilitate their entry into training, education, or employment. Experience in working with individuals with multiple and complex needs is essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a personal caseload of participants, acting as their single point of contact, mentor, and coach.
- Build positive relationships with service users and work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Evaluate strengths and needs of participants and create effective, strength-based action plans.
- Provide one-to-one support to participants, collaborating with statutory and non-statutory agencies.
- Utilize knowledge of careers advice and benefits to support participants.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Utilize experience in supported housing or support services, understanding housing management aspects.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work across various locations in West Yorkshire, holding a full valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work.
- Experience managing a personal caseload of participants.
- Ability to build positive relationships and work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in providing one-to-one support to participants.
- Working knowledge of careers advice and benefits.
- Experience in supported housing or support services.
- Flexibility to work across West Yorkshire with a valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
