We advise a wide and diverse range of clients including international businesses, high net-worth individuals, executives, professionals, entrepreneurs, investors, and students. Our team members are qualified, experienced, multi-lingual and regulated immigration advisers who are successful in managing busy caseload and clients in need.

Being a legal firm located in Vauxhall, we are looking for a polite Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As the first point of contact to our legal firm, you would be dealing with national and international clients along our colleagues, and also support our Managing Director.

To be successful in this role, you should at least one year of similar experience, be comfortable communicating with people from various backgrounds, able to deal with tasks in a timely and effective manner, prone to problem-solving and thinking on your feet with minimum supervision.

**Daily Activities**:

- Answering and forwarding phone calls, managing inboxes and replying to enquiries
- Meeting and greeting clients, booking meetings
- Register clients onto our internal software and update their details
- Abide by confidentiality principles
- Scanning and organizing documents, overseeing the post in and out
- Taking payments from clients in person, over the phone or online
- Provide general and administrative support to colleagues
- Ad hoc admin tasks to support the team, clients and running our office

**Requirements**:

- Arabic Speaker
- At least one year Receptionist work experience in a law firm or professional services organization and being used to working in a fast-paced environment in a friendly yet professional way.

**Necessary skills**:

- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Warm and professional attitude and appearance
- Eager to learn the basics of immigration vocabulary
- Excellent customer service skills, along with English written and verbal fluency
- Being proactive and showing initiative when problem-solving
- Resilient and can-do attitude
- High attention to detail

**Preferred**:

- Experience in using CRM systems or tools

**Location**: Vauxhall, London (easily accessible from Nine Elms and Vauxhall Station)

**Job Type**: permanent, full-time
**Working hours**: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:30-18:00

**Start Salary**: £22.000-£24.000
