Hours**: PART TIME - 25 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am - 1pm
(Please note that on Payroll Specific Days, start and finish times may vary)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Services Support Administrator to join our fast-paced team in Haringey.
At Veolia our Service support Administrators are responsible for providing effective administration support for the municipal contract by ensuring all relevant administration is completed in a timely fashion and to a high standard.

What will you be doing?**
- Complete monthly, weekly and agency payroll (Overtime, Absences, Bonuses, Pay Increases etc - including plus the collating, chasing up queries and approving of the Agency payroll
- Be responsible for any Payroll queries and/or changes when necessary
- Liaise with HRSSC (Human Resource Shared Service Centre) regarding pay related matters on a timely basis
- Assist in taking minutes of all meetings - Sickness, Hearings, Disciplinaries, Welfare Review Meetings to a high standard
- Responsible for completing document checks for new starters when required
- Provide management including senior management with payroll and HR requests Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger - for all services and overheads.
- Deal with Purchase Order queries, goods receipting, and ensure invoices are processed accurately and correctly coded, liaise with the Purchase Ledger regarding any queries
- Process various reports on a monthly basis including ME2K and GRIR
- Deal with supplier queries & administration
- Responsible for monitoring and managing the stationery stock replenishment, manage and arrange bin orders & PPE, tools, stationery room organisation
- Responsible for the petty cash card and processing of reconciliation sheet to head office on a monthly basis
- Provide reporting on overtime, Stock, EDPW as and when required
- Assisting Management Accountant with producing Core Invoices and Reconciliation Invoices using SAGE Additional Responsibility
- Coaching and Mentoring/supporting Work Placements/Volunteering Projects like BITC (Business in the Community), Tottenham Regeneration Charter Veolia and introducing them to the business which add value to Veolia profile when tendering for Contracts
- To be aware of Fire Risk Assessment/Safety Compliance
What are we looking for?**
- GCSE in Maths and English
- Good spoken and written English and numeric, literacy and IT skills
- Knowledge of Google - beneficial
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and other MS Office packages
- Experience in Purchase and Sales Ledger processing and/or Experience in processing all types of payroll
- Previous proven experience in HR
