Head of Apprenticeships

**Location**:Plumpton, Lewes BN7 3AE

**Salary**: up to £57,194

**Hours**: 37.5 per week

Plumpton College has again been nominated as a National Finalist for the ‘Agriculture, Environment and Animal Care Apprenticeship Provider of the Year’. We’re now looking for a Head of Apprenticeships to manage all aspects of the College’s apprenticeship offer, lead on the quality of apprenticeship provision, and ensure excellent outcomes for apprentices and employers.

The successful applicant will work closely with our Director of Quality T&L and Head of Business Services, to write and implement a three-year College Apprenticeship Strategy, and liaise with Curriculum Managers to ensure new and existing courses are developed in line with College strategy. The postholder will ensure funding compliance, and monitor and maintain the delivery of outstanding achievement rates and progression opportunities for our students.

- Do you have knowledge and understanding of apprenticeship standards including EPA, IQA, and EV requirements?

- Do you have demonstrable experience of managing and developing administrative processes to ensure high quality service delivery?
