Finance Manger

**Responsibilities**:

- Monthly Management Accounts
- (Producing Profit and Loss and Balance Sheets)
- Managing Cashflow and Bank Balance
- Managing Budgets and Forecasting
- Processing Payments
- Management of Credit Cards and payments
- Processing Monthly Suppliers Statements
- Managing Remittance Advices
- Managing Company Pensions scheme
- VAT Returns and Payments
- Payroll
- Monthly Salaries
- Producing Year End P60s and P11Ds
- Managing Personnel Files and Data within GDPR Framework
- Manage and Organise physical and electronic record keeping
- Liasing with all internal and External Departments
- Working closely with the senior management team ensuring ongoing company compliance in line with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015
- Assist all departments to improving company work practice, process and record keeping
- System Integration and Compliance

**Qualifications**:

- ACCA or CEMA qualification
- Experience with Excel, Sage Line 50 and Sage Payroll
- Exceptional leadership experience and ability to work confidentially and independently
- Excellent communication skills and accountability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
