Employee Benefits Consultant | £60k+ salary and uncapped commission| PMI / Income Protection / 4x DIS / Client Book Available

The Main Purpose of the Role:
Advise corporate clients on workplace pensions. Additional areas of advice would include insurance, employee benefits and other products. The role will provide advice on selecting and implementing employee benefits with a focus on governance, stakeholdercommunication and employee guidance.

**Responsibilities**:
Achieve set business targets through campaigns
Run campaigns to ensure members are kept fully informed of the propositions
Demonstrate the highest professional standards in all dealings with prospective clients
Develop business relationships quickly and remotely with a robust contact and engagement strategy with all stakeholders.
Perform ad hoc tasks as and when required, always bearing in mind TCF and the needs of the business
Work closely with others in the team and the wider distribution division to co-ordinate efforts and share ideas.

Critical Skills:
Presentation skills
Analytical and numerical ability - able to analyse and interpret data, evaluate data
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships
Strong process orientation
Be very good at creative problem solving
Be able to influence people to change their behaviours and established practices.

Critical Knowledge and Experience:
Highly competent with Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong technical understanding of employee benefits design and products
Minimum 2 years' experience of working within a relevant FCA regulated business.
Essential Qualifications:
Good standard of education
Maths and English GCSE, grade 5 or above, or equivalent
Level 4 Qualified e.g., CII or PMI
