Repairs Administrator

JR are working with a growing and fast paced Annesley based manufacturing business to find a Repairs Administrator to join their team. You will provide support to a team of 4 technicians being highly proactive and keen to use your own initiative.
This role will suit someone with previous administration or customer service experience looking to build on those skills. This is a fast paced role using varying systems and processes, therefore you must be confident using ERP systems.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing repairs inbox and handling requests
- Preparing quotations for repairs
- Liaise with customers and obtain purchase orders
- Coordinate and dispatch products back to customers
- Process all information and keep details updated
- Adhoc reception cover and assistance with administrative tasks
**Key skills**:
- Previous administration, customer service or reception experience
- Experience of using SAP or similar ERP system essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Confident with Microsoft packages
- Flexible approach to work and taking on additional duties
