Adept is partnering with a well-established, heavy engineering company in Sheffield. The company supply into various industries including MOD, Nuclear and Steel & Rail. Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their HR team.

This role will play a key part in supporting the company to attract and recruit the best talent in the market for their teams

The role is multifaceted as you oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for all business areas. You will get to engage and collaborate with colleagues across the business at all levels as well as building successful relationships with external partners.

Main Responsibilities:

- Oversee the full lifecycle of recruitment for specialist roles, developing inclusive campaign plans that allow us to attract diverse talent
- Deliver a fair and transparent recruitment experience partnering with hiring managers, offering advice and challenging when required
- Provide admin support and offer processing to all recruitment related activities
- Occasionally engage and manage delivery with our external Recruitment Partners
- Work with colleagues within the wider People space and providing recruitment advice around talent attraction, selection and market conditions and highlighting any assessment tools and techniques where appropriate
- Get involved with projects across the team.
- Solid recruitment experience, from an in-house role
- Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels
- Previous experience of running multiple end-to-end recruitment campaigns
- Experience of successfully creating talent attraction strategies and direct sourcing to build and manage talent pools
- A track record of advising on the best assessment and selections tool for specific roles
- An ability to work at pace and accurately whilst keeping your customer at the heart of everything you do
- Great communication skills and a good eye for detail to create adverts and comms in line with our brand.

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
