**Overview of the role**

Delkia have a need for a multi-skilled technical professional to join us in the role of Production Lead. The focus of the role is the oversight of high-quality delivery of manufacturing efforts in the Delkia workshop, leading a small team of highly skilled engineers.

**Key responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage the workshop manufacturing workload
- Support the development and maintenance of company quality procedures and policies for production and testing
- As part of the integrated Engineering team, will provide production input into the design and development of project deliverables
- Responsible for the Health and Safety of employees and visitors to the facility, and general facility upkeep
- Support the Information Systems Engineer in developing and maintaining the Inventory management system
