**About the role**

As a senior lettings negotiator, you will be part of the enquiries team within Scraye’s Operations Group, the responsibility of which is to grow the transactional side of the platform.

You will be reporting to the COO of the company. Each and every day is different at a startup so you’ll be learning and growing as you go along but you can have confidence in knowing that the support and knowledge of the entire team will always be at your disposal. We work as a team and we grow as a team.

**What you’ll do**

The primary responsibilities are:

- Booking viewings: both for leads which you have qualified as well as leads who have self-qualified via the platform, you will be responsible for coordinating with the listing party to schedule and confirm viewings.
- Post-viewing follow-up and offer negotiation: following viewings, you will be in charge of liaising with your qualified leads to either negotiate offers or arrange alternative options should they not wish to proceed with the property they viewed. As part of this, you will be interacting and negotiating in parallel with the listing party to ensure the offer meets established requirements and can progress to payment.
- Assisting in lettings progression: although we have a smart system which handles lettings progression, coupled with a lettings progression team, you will remain on hand to communicate with your leads to ensure they have a pleasant experience and any questions are answered.

- Have experience in the lettings industry in a client-facing role
- Are able to cope with a substantial amount of leads, each of which may be different in its own way

- Are proactive, switched on and tech-savvy

**Experience and skills**
- At least 2 years of experience in the **lettings industry** in a client-facing role involving negotiation
- Fully fluent in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
