International, L500; this firm has a Global reputation for dealing with some of the most interesting, complex work available in London.

**The Firm**

Whilst they are a very impressive outfit, considered a true leader in London and Internationally, there is more to this practice than meets the eye.

Their reputation proceeds them as an industry heavyweight, cementing themselves as the go to firm for some of the largest Institutions, Corporations and Banks.

**The Role**

**This International, Leading L500 practice are seeking an enthusiastic Real Estate Finance Associate/ Senior Associate (4PQE+) to join their London Team.**

Alliance is key to the success of this department, and makes for a sociable role

They strive for excellence; working in synergy with Top Tier Real Estate, Banking & Finance Teams you will have access to a plethora of complex and substantial matters across the UK.

The team act for both Borrowers & Lenders, often with international elements. Clients include some of the most established and significant UK, Global Banks & Institutions.

Whilst this is a varied role, they have a particular strength in Investment & Development Finance, and Senior & Mezzanine Finance; so proven experience in these areas is essential.

This role leads to autonomy; whilst you will be responsible for taking a lead role across a range of matters, you will also provide support to Partners on some of the largest transactions this market has to offer.

Plenty of support for you to pursue your own client relationships, with the firm providing an excellent platform for career and personal development. The Partners in this team are recognised in the L500 as key names in in this industry, and take pride indeveloping their respective teams, ensuring you progress.

**You Will Be**:

- Real Estate Finance Associate or Senior Associate with 3 - 8 PQE +
- (We are keen to have conversations with individuals outside of this PQE scale)
- Proven experience from a Global, US, Top 100 UK Practice
- Experienced in Mezz Finance matters
- Keen to progress with a leading Top 10 UK practice
