I have currently been retained by a top 100 regional firm who are looking for a Real Estate Finance Associate.
You will join an established, partner-led real estate finance team, which acts on high quality real estate financings generated from our impressive lender base in the city of London

The Firm

- The firm are currently in a massive growth trajectory, and have had a record year turning over a massive £66.6 million.

The Role
- Working in a close-knit team, you will gain hands-on exposure to a range of high-value real Estate finance matters, including development finance and investment finance.
- The team operate across a diverse sector base for clients in the UK and internationally and attract an impressive level of work that stands them apart in the region.
- You will be able to develop your career, allowing you to gain exposure to an exceptionally wide range of real estate finance matters
- Assist in the structuring of transactions
- Draft and negotiate facility, security, inter creditor and CP documents
- Assist in the project management of deals working with other team members including partners, associates and paralegals
- Advising on due diligence and requisitions, reporting to lenders, signing and closing procedures, and drafting documentation.
- Contributing towards business development, and working within a team to provide the highest standards of client care.

Experience Required
- England & Wales qualified Solicitor, with 2-4 years of post qualification experience.
- Experience of coordinating with legal counsels.
- Sound knowledge of real estate finance transactional work.
- Be a commercially astute individual with a passion for business development
- Able to work in a collaborative environment whilst taking your own initiative
- Experience of working in a team on projects/transactions.
- A practical understanding of the fundamentals of a real estate finance transaction
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- A team player with the ability to work in a collegiate environment.
- Confident in front of clients.
- Ability to work independently but know when to seek additional support.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
