JOB TITLE: Regulatory Lawyer
LOCATION: London
SALARY: To £50,000
BENEFITS: Hybrid working - 3 days per week from home
THE ROLE:
A fiercely sought-after position has become available for a talented individual to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that they provide a coherent approach to conducting regulatory investigations. The successful case officer will be a keymember of this thriving team and will offer effective support towards our client’s business and strategic objectives. This role is offered on a 6-9month fixed term basis
- Taking responsibility for the investigation of potential breaches of codes of conduct
- Ensuring that decisions are consistent and reflect the agreed decision-making criteria, regulations, policies and procedures
- Identify, raise and act in relation to issues arising from the work including submitting written reports where appropriate
- Liaise and assist with the conduct of litigation arising from issues related to the work of the team
- Take individual regulatory decisions on enforcement and discipline matters as appropriate
