**We are recruiting now** for additional Seniors and Shift Leaders who are qualified with their L3/4 Diploma in Children's Residential Care.

We are looking for kind and caring individuals who want to join a fun place of work as well as helping children and young people to achieve positive outcomes and to give them a sense of belonging, stability and security.

Working as part of a team and supporting management to ensure that the day to day operations are completed. **This is a role of responsibility and we are happy to look at salaries based on your current earnings.**

**With your experience as a senior you will know the importance of working with other agencies including Social Workers, LA, Police and professional healthcare agencies.**

**To be successful in your role, you'll need**:

- To understand the purpose and the importance of your role
- To enjoy working with children and young people
- The ability to develop positive relationships
- The ability to adapt to changing situations
- The ability to give direction

We are a family owned business and we really feel like one big family**. We currently have eight homes **which are doing well and rated a minimum 'Good' by Ofsted. Our homes are registered for up to three young people aged 8-18.
