Reed Accountancy is currently working with a client based in **TAMWORTH** who are looking to add an experienced Finance Assistant to their busy office on a **FULL-TIME, PERMANENT** basis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain a variety of experience across different areas of Accountancy at their growing business. You would be working in an environment that offers career progression.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Review & manage accounts and postings within the ERP systems
- Acting as the main point of contact for regional teams & branches
- Review of key control accounts including inventory, trade debtors & creditors
- Bank reconciliation, coding & posting of entries
- Assisting the Finance Manager in the accurate preparation of supplier payments (by bacs, checks or foreign payment transfer)

What you will need:

- Experience working in a similar role in a busy accounts department
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Experience using Sage / Naivsion is highly desirable, however training can be provided

Salary - up to £26,000

Hours - Monday to Friday, 9-5, full office

Benefits - 24 days holiday, plus bank holidays
