HR Administrator for a growing business based in Newmarket - £21,000 - £23,500 (dependant on experience).
**Your new company**
A leading utilities company based in Newmarket, is searching for an HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
**Your new role**
The HR Administrator will provide professional and effective support with the day-to-day running of the HR department. Confidentiality is crucial for this role as you will be dealing with sensitive information which will work in line with GDPR rules. Dutiesto include but not limited to:

- Absence management
- Onboarding processes for new starters and leavers
- Preparing offer letters and contracts

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful for this HR Administrator opportunity
- You will need previous Administration experience (ideally HR Admin experience).
- You will need to be an approachable self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- You will need to be proficient in using the MS Office Suite.

**What you'll get in return**
- Monday to Friday, 8 - 5.
- Office-based working
- Salary between £21,000 - £23,000 pa
