We're looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our fantastic Finance team

**Role Overview**
- Sole responsibility for handling and distribution of incoming post for the department.
- Organising all incoming invoices. Batching invoices on accounts software and distributing to internal departments for authorisation and coding.
- Creating invoices from the Store Invoice Capture sheet.
- Preparing Warehouse delivery folders with invoice, delivery note and goods in.
- Uploading and posting invoices onto the accounts system.
- Non-stock/stock invoice and expenses payment processing.
- Supplier reconciliation
- Store petty cash - checking the receipts against the weekly petty cash sheets and raise any discrepancies with store managers.
- Processing any other ad hoc paperwork delivered from the stores, including delivery notes, PDQ receipts, store end of day reports, exchanges/refunds and any other correspondence.
- Dealing with any stationery requests from stores.
- Filing and general accounts administration as required and other ad hoc duties such as shredding, archiving and updating system exchange rates to ensure the smooth running of the finance department.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
