This Registered Manager role in Leedsis for a brand new 6-bed residential home designed with top of the range facilities to help the children flourish including a hydrotherapy pool, whilst maintaining a warm, homely feel.

**As a Registered Manager you’ll be responsible for;**
- Assessment and evaluation of new referrals and manging a smooth transition into the home
- Ensuring that Ofsted standards are being met
- Management of the home’s budget and expenditure
- Develop quality assurance systems
- Deliver effective leadership to the staff team, that promotes a positive culture of open practise
- Ensuring the staff rota is effective

**What we’re looking for;**
- An experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager who can demonstrate sound understanding of Ofsted requirements
- At least 2 years management experience in a relevant children’s setting within the last 5 years.
- QCF level 5 or equivalent in Leadership and Management for Social care (Children and Young People)
