**Location**:Stanford le Hope, Essex

**Hours: Full-time, **37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri)

**About the Role**

**How you will contribute**:

- Contract maintenance of billing systems at both terminals to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Maintain a list of contract renewal date and proactively follow up for timely implementation.
- Relate contract to billing systems upload and send to Commercial for checking. Once checked and agreed put live in system. Check invoice output once Accounts Receivable have run first set of invoices.
- Collaborate with Finance and Commercial to validate and implement contracts within the billing system.
- Check output of invoice charges for sensibility.
- Review charges and ensure all charges are being invoiced and process is in place for efficient billing.
- Assist in any rate adjustments required.
- Assistance in creating Budgets and Reforecasts.
- Work with Commercial on new possible tariff items and investigate methods of charging.
- Support the Management Accounts Teams with revenue analysis and reporting as and when required.

**What you will bring**:

- Computer literate with strong Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent numerical skills.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude, proactive with a balanced and diplomatic nature.
- The ability to develop an understanding of the business’s activities.
- An ability to confidently challenge, discuss and constructively offer advice on financial and commercial issues.
- Results oriented - You are proactive in handling competing priorities and meet your deadlines and commitments; you always demonstrate a “can do” positive attitude.
- An interest in starting a financial qualification, or someone who is on their qualification journey would be advantageous
