**The role**

As a Statistician you will be in a client-facing role and work closely and collaboratively with the project managers, and value communication and health economics teams to deliver high-quality evidence-based solutions for our clients.

You will be required to:

- Preparation of study protocols, including statistical analysis plans, specifying table shells and figures
- Quality assurance review of statistical models developed both within the company and for clients
- Involvement in client meetings to provide updates on methods, progress and results of data analysis
- Report preparation and presentation to clients
- Client liaison within a project, with the support of a project lead.

You will need:

- A post-graduate degree in medical statistics, statistics or similar
- Experienced in using statistical software packages (R, STATA)
- Experienced in using Microsoft Excel
- Experience of working with patient level data or large individual level data sets
- Ability to implement survival analysis, generalised linear models, multilevel models and to draw inference between parameters and clinical endpoints
- At least 2 years’ experience of undertaking statistical analyses within a consultancy, academia, the NHS or a pharmaceuticals or devices company
- Familiarity with analysing real word evidence and datasets used within the UK (HES, CPRD etc.).
