**Our Company**

Fieldbay is a dynamic and growing organisation that operates a number of Care Homes in South Wales. Our current homes include Pen y Bont Court Nursing Home, Bridgend, Heathfield Lodge Care Home, Swansea, Tan Yr Allt House Nursing Home, Tan Yr Allt Lodge Nursing Home, & Mill Row, Pontardawe. We also provide Domiciliary Care to those people living in the community and in our tailor made care facilities, Heathfield Apartments, Swansea and Bryn Derwen & and North Lodge, Bridgend.

With registration for Service Users from 18+, the company is expanding year on year to offer Services to people throughout South Wales, from Carmarthen to Cardiff and beyond - we’re at an exciting stage of our journey.

**Our Aims**

Fieldbay aim to provide the people who live in our homes and have a primary diagnosis of acquired brain injury and/or dementia/mental infirmity, learning disability and functional mental illness, a secure, relaxed and homely environment in which their care, well-being and comfort is of primary importance.

Emphasis is placed on continual staff development, via training, that aims to promote dignity, individuality and emphasis on enablement & rehabilitation of all who live at our homes. Individual care plans address the therapeutic/nursing, psychological, spiritual, emotional and social needs of all who live with us.
