Graphic Designer

**Responsibilities**
- Design engaging and visually appealing images for social media ads and posts
- Create print marketing materials such as brochures, flyers and banners
- Develop website visuals, including banners, icons and other graphical elements
- Ensure all visual content is consistent with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute new project ideas
- Provide creative input and support for ongoing and upcoming marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies

**Desired Qualifications**
- Experience in graphic design (3+ years)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
- Experience creating both digital and print marketing materials
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

**Pay Range**

£15 - £25 p/h based on experience and skills

**Benefits**

- Up to 40 hours of work available per week

**Location**

Work from a dedicated office in Carlisle along with other members of the marketing team
