Graphic Designer

Are you enthusiastic about graphic design and you are proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud? We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our passionate Carlisle Brass team. **What you would do as our Graphic Designer**:
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join one of the UK’s most recognized architectural hardware brands, synonymous with architectural ironmongers, builders’ merchants, and major DIY retailers since 1986. To create ‘best in class’ graphic design that promotes the company, our products and services across all of our market channels and the internal environment.

You would also:

- Design visually appealing digital and print marketing materials (brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, social media graphics).
- Collaborate closely with the team, reporting progress and ensuring timely task completion.
- Generate creative ideas and concepts, emphasizing interactive design elements.
- Uphold and use brand guidelines to ensure design consistency across all materials.
- Demonstrate illustrative skills with sketches and working on layouts ready for print.

**The skills and experience you need**:
We are looking for someone who:

- Is proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Brings a minimum of 2 years of industry experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Displays enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a proactive work ethic.
- Demonstrates a systematic, organized, and accurate approach to tasks and meets deadlines consistently.
