**The Role**

The purpose of this role is to enhance the overall End User experience of IT within the Carnival UK estate, this includes shore based and ship based personnel and technology. The role will require occasional ship visits to some of the most luxurious vessels in the cruising industry.

**Additional responsibilities include**:

- Day to day End user Support through Service Requests and Incident Management, covering ship and shore
- Owning incidents and requests through to resolution, even when escalation is required
- Ensure desktop security and patch levels are maintained and monitored

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a **CUK11 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis, with at least 3 days based in our Southampton office. Some international travel may be required.**

**About You**

- SCCM - Packaging, sequencing and deployment capability
- Extensive Microsoft 365 and Windows 10 & 11 knowledge
- Proven experience working as a 2nd or 3rd line end user specialist or desktop technician
- Be a problem-solver with flexibility in thought & process
