The role of Head of Outpatients is in place to ensure high quality care is delivered within outpatients service across RGP sites. You will work across all of Rennie Grove Peace sites (so a car and driving licence will be essential).

- Developing Services
- Managing a team through change
- Motivating staff and volunteers
- Previous management in a clinical setting
- Palliative Care experience
