To aplply, you should have at least 12 months experience as an administrator, ideally come understanding of compliance but not essential.

Organised and able to work in a demanding and busy enviornment with a great team.

A few of the duties include:

- Assist with answering calls and handling consequent requirements form calls.
- Assist with consolidation of weekly timesheets, prepare report assist Line Manager with checks and authorisation.
- To answer phone and deal with and offer support to both Clients and employees.
- Offer Support on IMS System software, including training both on and off site Upload, update and maintain records for all contractors on IMS.
- Undertake any function, within reason to ensure the smooth running of the department/working when requested to do so.
- Book training courses and assist with maintaining licence records and manage sponsorships on Sentinel.
- Find and assign labour for week and weekly closures.
- In addition to duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other duties assigned by the Director from time to time, as may be reasonably required of them.
